The selection of the enclosure protection level for the busduct should comply with the following regulations: for indoor ordinary places, the protection level should not be lower than IP54. Indoor damp places or places with anti water spraying requirements shall be rated IP65 or above. Places or outdoor areas with anti-corrosion requirements shall use IP68 grade fully enclosed resin cast busducts without metal shells. Our commonly used busduct usually has IP54 protection capability to meet the requirements, but if it passes through the water pump room and there is no fire sprinkler next to the busduct, IP65 busduct can be used. We can choose epoxy resin vulcanized insulation as the preferred insulation material for busducts. Its grade is EPOXY 180 ℃ (H), and epoxy resin vulcanized insulation has excellent high-temperature resistance, waterproof and dustproof, and prevents oxidation. Epoxy resin insulation is roasted in flames (1300 ℃) for 10 seconds without any damage to the insulation layer, and the heat is dissipated in a very short time, without any problems with skin contact! Sulfide coating will completely eliminate contact with air on the conductor, and after 1800 hours of salt spray testing, the insulation layer will never be damaged. Epoxy resin vulcanized insulation also has super strong toughness and strength, and resistance to cold and hot cycling damage. In terms of high-temperature resistance and heat dissipation ability, epoxy resin has better radiation heat dissipation effect.
