According to the requirements of the contract or busduct inspection report, the size of the bus bar used in the busduct inspection should be consistent with the size described in the corresponding current level, and the dimensional tolerance should be strictly accepted in accordance with the tolerance standards required by GB/T 5585. Check whether the form of busduct supply is consistent with the contract.

Appearance inspection: The busduct is not damaged or deformed; Correct, firm, and clear installation of various signs; The text data on the nameplate is correct, clear, and complete; The quality of structural facilities, coatings, and shell paint is intact; The fastening is complete. Necessary tests should be conducted on the busduct, including insulation resistance verification, voltage withstand test, protection circuit continuity test, protection level test, and mechanical operation test if there is a plug-in box. After passing the test, a power on test should be conducted.

When accepting the busduct, it is also necessary to check the accompanying documents of the busduct: at least include a copy of the CCC certificate, a copy of the inspection report, and a quality assurance certificate for the bus bar selected for the busduct. If necessary, installation and operation instructions for the busduct should be provided.
