Inspection before plug in:

1. Identify the corresponding busbar plug in position and the corresponding plug-in box.

2. Check if the connector box is damaged during transportation and if the copper bars of the pins are arranged neatly.

3. Check whether the installation of the busbar socket is correct and whether the copper bar of the socket is in the center position of the socket.

Plug in installation steps:

Step 1: Use a screwdriver to open the socket cover.

Step 2: Confirm that the direction of the N-line of the plug-in box and the N-line of the busbar are on the same side.

Step 3: Use an M10 wrench to fully open the locking devices at both ends of the plug-in box.

Step 4: First, open the sealing plate of the socket and seal the guide foot of the plug-in box. At the same time, press down with even force and do not shake left or right.

Step 5: Make the bottom of the plug-in box completely in contact with the surface of the busbar, and connect the locking device to the busbar reliably.

Step 6: Open the door panel of the plug-in box and use a multimeter to test whether the phase sequence of the pile head on the switch is in good contact with the corresponding busbar phase sequence.

Step 7: When installing the plug-in box on the side, load-bearing arms or clamps should be added.

Fault inspection: (Note: Do not plug or unplug with power!)

1. The pile head on the switch is out of power. Pull out the plug-in box and check if the bottom plate of the pins is broken.

2. Incomplete pin insertion. Correct the copper bar of the busbar socket and correct the pins of the plug-in box.
