Reading volume:2 Release time:2026-07-24 17:51:08

Building on existing project cooperation, a core partner team from Vietnam recently visited the manufacturing base of Mega Technology(Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd. The two sides held on-site exchanges covering review of operational performance of completed projects, deepened coordination for upcoming projects and verification of the full-process quality control system. The core management team of Mega accompanied the visit throughout. With an open and transparent approach, the team demonstrated comprehensive capabilities in manufacturing, quality control and technical R&D, further consolidating mutual trust for long-term in-depth cooperation.
In-depth Discussions for Precise Alignment on Upcoming Project Requirements
During the forum, both parties first reviewed delivery implementation and on-site operation of completed joint projects, exchanging optimization suggestions regarding product operating condition adaptability, on-site technical support and delivery coordination efficiency.
Taking Vietnam’s local high-temperature, high-humidity climate and industrial power distribution demands into consideration, the parties conducted intensive consultations focusing on technical solution selection, customized product adaptation, delivery schedule arrangement and localized service support for planned future projects. The Mega team also presented the company’s global business layout, roadmap for core technology upgrades and end-to-end quality control system. Detailed responses were provided to client concerns over long-term operational reliability, environmental weather resistance and ease of maintenance. Broad consensus was reached on expanded cooperation across multiple project scenarios.
On-site Verification: Witnessing Closed-Loop Quality Control
Following the forum, accompanied by the management team, the guests toured the corporate exhibition hall, standardized production workshops and Intertek-certified laboratory. They verified the full-range product quality assurance capacity from three dimensions: process implementation, on-site quality management and authoritative testing.
At the exhibition hall, the guests gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s development history, global authoritative certifications and project track records across diverse sectors, forming a systematic recognition of Mega’s technical expertise in the power distribution industry and global service capabilities.
Inside the standardized production workshop, the team visited core processes including precision conductor machining, integrated insulation encapsulation and final assembly. They observed the on-site execution of the three-level quality inspection mechanism: self-inspection, mutual inspection and professional inspection. Production specialists explained process standards and internal control criteria stricter than national specifications, illustrating the complete quality control workflow from raw material intake to finished product output.
At the factory testing stations, quality inspectors carried out key performance tests on busway products such as insulation resistance and power frequency withstand voltage. The clients witnessed standardized test procedures and real-time measured data, directly verifying stable performance and consistent parameters of epoxy insulated products. The clients commented that transparent and traceable on-site production testing instils greater confidence in product quality for future projects.
The delegation then visited the Intertek-certified laboratory, learning about execution standards and full procedures for comprehensive type tests and third-party certification testing. The well-equipped testing facilities, standardized test management and complete authoritative certification reports left a deep impression, further proving Mega’s solid strength in delivering compliant and reliable products.
