Horizontal installation of busduct

(1)The installation of horizontal busduct should use a clamp to fix the busduct shell on the bracket, and the bolts on the clamp should not be tightened too tightly.

(2)The height of the bracket should be consistent, and the position of the bracket should avoid the busduct joint and be located at both ends of the connector;

(3)The maximum spacing between supports should not exceed 2.5 meters, and there should be no less than 2 busduct supports with a length exceeding 1.5 meters.

Vertical installation of busduct

(1)When the busduct is installed vertically between floors, floors with a single layer exceeding 3.6 meters. At least two sets of brackets should be installed in two sections;

(2)The connection point of the busduct should not be at the location where it passes through the floor slab, and there should be no sewage or debris entering the interior of the busduct when installing the floor slab hole of the busduct;

(3)When installing the busduct vertically, the spring bracket should be installed on the busduct first, and then the busduct and spring bracket should be fixed on the channel steel fixing bracket. Lock the nuts of the bracket, and after installing 4-5 layers, loosen the nuts layer by layer from top to bottom, so that the weight of the busduct naturally bears on the spring. After the busduct connection is tightened, its bending degree should not exceed 1 degree.

(4)Two vertically adjacent busduct are installed, and the center distance is adjusted between 0.35 and 0.6 meters according to the size of the plug-in box.

Installation of spring supports：

Based on the busduct plan, locate the position of the busduct in the vertical shaft section. If there is no vertical shaft opening, open the vertical shaft according to the busduct size, leaving a certain margin.

(1)When installing the busduct vertically, spring supports should be installed on both sides of the busduct.

(2)The installation of busduct on the same axis should be ensured to be horizontal and vertical, and inspection tools such as verticals and level gauges should be used.

(3）When the channel steel base of the spring support is fixed to the floor slab with expansion bolts, there should be no less than 2 fixing points per piece.

(4)The base of the spring support should be firmly fixed, and there should be a movable gap between the base and the busduct.

(5)The spring is perpendicular to the base and in a semi compressed state, and the nut on the spring should be in a relaxed state.

(6)Use a vertical line to check the verticality within the length range of both sides of the busduct plug in hole, adjust the adjusting nuts on both sides supported by the spring, and ensure that the verticality meets the requirements.
