Product Features:

1.Use aluminum or steel material as shell and do electrostatic powder coating on the surface.salt and fog resistant ability can be up to 1000 hours.

2.Improve the heat dissipation performance of the shell.

3.Use copper or aluminum as the conductor. The surface is composite coated to improve the oxidation resistance. The conductor use Mylar sheet (Class B 130℃ or Class F 155℃ ),Epoxy curing(Class H 180℃), Epoxy + Mylar combination or Mica film);The joint is silver plated and tin plated to reduce the contact resistance and improve the electrical conductivity.
